2. Scope of Services
Tech Law Support Center offers specialized legal services in the field of information technology. Services may include contract drafting, compliance reviews, data protection advice, licensing guidance, and related consultations. Detailed descriptions of each service are available upon request.
3. Terms for Digital Materials
Our information products, such as digital guides, templates, and online courses, are licensed for individual use. Access is granted immediately upon confirmation of payment. If no digital content has been accessed or downloaded, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After any access, all sales are final.
4. Terms for Physical Goods
For tangible materials, such as printed manuals or physical toolkits, buyers may send back unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Once the package shows signs of use, no refunds will be issued.
5. Refund and Transfer Policy
Refund Requests: To request a refund, please use our contact form. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment account within 14 days of approval.
Service Transfers: If you are unable to attend a scheduled service event or consultation, you may transfer your booking to an alternative date subject to availability. All transfer requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the scheduled date.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Custom projects, expedited engagements, and packages requiring advanced coordination are deemed non-refundable due to preparatory work and resource allocation. This ensures that advisor time and research efforts are compensated.
7. Amendments to Terms
Tech Law Support Center reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the latest version will carry the updated Effective Date.
